I used a combination of this and Mad Cow on a recent brisket and OMG! So many compliments on the flavor. You will not be disappointed.

I usually prefer to mix my own rubs, but Hook's makes such awesome, consistent, and superior products that I'm happy to pay a nice guy and a good family man like Jared to do the hard work for me. You can't go wrong with any of these rubs, and I'm just bummed that Midnight was sold out for my last order or I would have ordered more! Mad Cow and Smokin Sweetness are amazing and versatile. Do yourself a favor and just buy them all.
