Very good!

I use this on my eggs, ground turkey, chicken, beef, shrimp, and in my greens. It's helps to offset the saltiness and their is just enough smoke flavor to where is not artificial tasting. This is my 4th bottle.

The Best In The Biz

I usually prefer to mix my own rubs, but Hook's makes such awesome, consistent, and superior products that I'm happy to pay a nice guy and a good family man like Jared to do the hard work for me. You can't go wrong with any of these rubs, and I'm just bummed that Midnight was sold out for my last order or I would have ordered more! Mad Cow and Smokin Sweetness are amazing and versatile. Do yourself a favor and just buy them all.
