Cilantro Lime Coleslaw Dressing
Coleslaw Dressing is super easy to make and can be used for coleslaw itself, salad, sandwiches or our Sheet Pan Nashville Hot Chicken Nachos!
Recipe Makes 8 ounces. If you’d like to make more, just multiply the recipe.
Hook’s Rub seasoning used in this recipe:
Hook’s H-Town AP Rub
- ½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoons white sugar
1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves with stems
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Blender or immersion blender (and container if using immersion blender)
- Silicon Spatulas
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Sauce Bottle
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or in an immersion blender safe container.
- Blend until well-combined to desired consistency.
Pour into sauce bottle and serve where needed over coleslaw, sandwiches, salads or our Sheet Pan Nashville Hot Chicken Nachos!
***Keep refrigerated when not in use and it will keep for 2-3 weeks.
