S’mores Dip
S’mores! One of the most delicious childhood campfire treats doubles as one of the simplest family-style desserts. S’mores are fun to assemble & everyone young and old can enjoy them!
This dish takes away the need to start a fire just for the s’mores (though that’s fun and relaxing). It is however, easy to assemble and can be cooked on the smoker, in the oven or on the grill right alongside your main course or if you need a last minute party dessert, assemble before you leave home, cover and bake in your friend or family member’s oven and you’re golden!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Box of Graham Crackers
3-4 Hershey Bars
1 Bag Mini Marshmallows
TOOLS:
Half Size Aluminum Pan
Oven, Grill or Smoker
METHOD:
1. Heat your oven to 300 degrees.
2. Layer the bottom of the aluminum pan completely first with graham crackers, then chocolate bars then top with enough marshmallows to cover.
3. Bake 7-15 minutes or until you can see the marshmallows melt into each other.
4. Remove from the oven.
5. Use the remaining graham crackers to dip into the chocolaty marshmallowy dip and enjoy!
